Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Your privacy is our priority.
Discreet Billing
Charges will appear on your statement as "Naughty and Nice Boutique" or a discreet business name.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
Shipping Methods and Times
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):
- Free on orders over $50
- $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days):
- $12.95 flat rate
Express Shipping (1-2 business days):
- $19.95 flat rate
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Please contact the carrier directly for lost package claims
- Consider requiring a signature for high-value orders
Incorrect Address:
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- We cannot redirect packages once shipped
- Address changes may incur additional fees
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report damage to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours
- We will work with you to resolve the issue
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in the future.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
